GUARANTEE
RESERVATION:

deposit of one night's room rate is required 14 days after
date of confirmation. This deposit will be forfeited if
cancellation is not received 72 hours prior to confirmed
arrival date. This policy is in effect on a year-round
basis.
CANCELLATION:

full refund is made if the cancellation is received by
the hotel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
