- How far are you from the airport? – The hotel
is about 10 miles from the Honolulu International Airport, about
20 minutes drive. See driving instructions in Home Page.
- How far are you from the beach? – We are
one block away from Waikiki Beach.
- Does the hotel have shuttle service? – No,
you may catch a Waikiki/Airport shuttle or taxicab right outside
of the baggage claim area. The cost for shuttle service is about
$9.00 one-way.
The cost for taxi fare is about $35 one-way.
- What kind of amenities do you provide? –
All of our guest rooms have a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker,
iron/ironing board, clock radio, hair dryer, in-room safe, voice
mail, television sets with internet access, on demand movies,
video games and Free HBO.
- Do you serve breakfast? – Yes, we offer a
Full American Buffet Breakfast Daily at Sammy's, located on the
5th floor – 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. daily. Adults - $15.50
and Children (4 to 12 yrs.) - $9.00
- What time can we check- in? – Check-in time
is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- Do you have a pool? – Yes, we have a fresh
water outdoor pool located on the fifth floor.
- Do you have guest parking? How much? – Yes,
we have in-door parking at $10.00 a day, per 24 hours with in/out
privilege.
- Do you have Smoking Rooms? – Yes, we have
three Smoking Floors.
(They are the 5th, 6th & 18th Floor)
- Do you have rooms with kitchenettes? – No.
- What is the tax structure? The Hawaii Accommodation
and State tax is 11.962% per night.

- Do you have a desk where we can book activities?
– Yes, we have a tour/travel desk located in the lobby. They
will arrange all of your activities that you want.
